Wow, this is frustrating. There are so many possibilities for the answer... I don't know where to go from here. I'm starting to think that the one with the type might not be a typo but a clue... Ugh, I don't know.

anyone for a thinktank session on AIM? Because it seems sorta spammy to just keep posting hunches Smile (same SN as name)

feriwiccan, personally i've ran out of ideas, my thinktank is running on empty and AIM causes my computer to run slow. Any good ideas we have should be posted here anyways. so that those who are browsing the thread may be able to see something we have overlooked.

I'm talking to Doug right now. I'll post our conversation when we're done.

EDIT: well we struck out too. the only thing we really got to talk about was how Doug found an email adress somewhere, sent an email and hasn't gotten a reply. probably something we weren't supposed to find yet.

Totally unproved thoughts

Hey all, A long time lurker who dosen't even have an account had a little idea in his brain while reading this thread. This is my crazy speculation on how this all fits together. Take this with mounds of salt.

Lets say the DOD was working on a biological warfare weapon. Lets say it was a new strain of E. Coli that humans had no protection from. That was undetectable by normal means. They would need a way to see it. This creates a Project in a Project. What if a computer expert had created a way to veiw them through a modified camera?Imagine if this disease was let loose one ordinairy day. There would be a scream, and anyone with inside info would be obvious to what had happened. What if someone had accidentally used the camera, and had spent time surrounded by this virus. They would catch it right? Naturally, whoever was working on the biological aspect of the project would probably have a cure, a pill of some sort.

There ya goes, have fun with the RGB crap! Dunce [/b]

my whole S.N.I. / e-coli thing was a shot deep in left field... be funny if it turns out true lol

while i was typing this... I then looked in sourcecode at bullerman.net and it says

background rgb = 255,255,255...
I don't remember this before
is this new???? why would you have to specify background color as white... isn't that default???

can we change the colors of bullerman.net somehow?? if so I would have no clue how to do that? (Oh wow, another tangent to the mystery lol)

Is it worth me playing?

Yup, it definitely does. As Sylvia so aptly put, our thinktank is running on empty Smile

The one thing that's bugging me and I really feel like is something is that when the files in the zip were being named, it's like the right half of the keyboard didn't exist.

I'd like to translate that into a connection with the word "answer". But the "n" in "answer" keeps stalling me.

I feel like we're supposed to "build-out" a 2nd half component for the names or something.

I noticed that too, but I didn't know how to explain it, so I didn't even try.

as for the A T E C letters I found this and feel like it might have something to do with what they were working on since Jeff mentioned DoD, etc.. How? I don't know. Maybe one of you will better understand the connection. Army Test and Evaluation Command

Maybe there is some connection with that and the JASON Defense Advisory Group

ririri123 I like your spec, Welcome aboard.

Leyton Stone, the first blog and videos are gone except for the one on google. But, I don't think you will need them to start playing. Welcome aboard. Yes, it's worth playing. I think it has great potential. Maybe we can get Jeff to repost the videos for us on his new blog http://crfindings.blogspot.com/
The other website we have right now is http://www.bullerman.net

Theory

I think I have a theory about the wierd letters. There are differnet variations of the standered keyboard, more specificly the Dvorak keyboard. Just thinking out loud here, but maby he typed the file names using a different style keyboard, like Dvorak, but still typed as if he was using the standered keyboard? Also, tidusia is online now, but he is not responding, and he removed his buddy information. Strange. I'm talking to him now, he has some theories as well. I'll post the chat when I'm done.

Alright so I've read up on everything... And from what I got so far Jeff is well sick; something to do with a marsh, power plant, Jeff and his pill and this one guy Steve (Who we're not sure is friend or foe); and Bullerman.

Now someone mentioned A.T.E.C - I'm not sure WHERE You guys found that; and whether or not I'm having an epiphany but aren't those the letters Jeff has been double-using?

As far as anything else goes it's 1am here and so I'm pressed for time but will check back tomorrow.
