Gonna have to go with Caerwiden here, it is definitely not *confirmed* that the hazmat guy is poking the woman with anything. It's not even confirmed that she does expand, though I will say it does look like that. Hell, everyone seems so sure it's Marlena, but that's not confirmed either.

Pretty sure there will be smaller monsters. What else would Rob and Beth be so scared of, in the picture when they're holding the door. I'm sure they're not that scared of the military, and I'm pretty sure Mr. Grumpypants isn't using his toe to push in their door. (if he even has toes! Laughing

!) Also the scene in the new trailer where they're underground and they start running from something, after we hear the little like running/thumping sound, what else could that be? Unless the US military has hired crab people, or Mr. Grumpypants somehow shrank i would almost guarantee the presence of Grumpypants Jr.'s

I'm still not convinced there will be 'small' monsters in this movie.

Someone speculated in another thread that Tagruato operatives might be involved.
It's entirely possible that the gang is running away from them...if these operatives are trying to capture them (or worse).
Yeah, that sounds kinda lame, but I think it's a possibility.

I'm still hoping for man-sized creatures and or mutated humans, 'cause I don't think they can fill a 90-min movie with people running away from GP. There needs to be a closer threat...one they can't hide from.

Like little Grumpypant's Juniors! In the picture of Rob and Beth holding the door closed she has scratches on her arm that look like clawmarks.

If everyone is gonna use the chattering sound when theyre in the tunnel as proof that there are small monsters, i think u need to think again. Look at the new preview. Alot of the audio is changed since the last one. Some of the roars are gone and dialogue has changed. You dont even know for sure that sound is still gonna be there when the movie comes out. It could just be JJ messing with everyone, or they changed their minds in editing.
