It's a ledger... With big numbers. At a glance, I can't confirm or deny why he says "there's no oil here." With big numbers, no negative values, it doesn't look like they're losing money.

There are thirteen rows, which I assume are the drilling platforms. But there are actually fourteen platforms if you count Chuai. Unless this ledger doesn't include Chuai, which we can only assume hasn't gone online yet.

And the PDF was created on a Mac... GOD, THEY'RE EVIL!

Yes, it does. There is probably only one email for "questions and feedback". I'm sure some members of Tagruato have access to this. Scott has access, and used it. How else would he find the parafFun recall email?

What I said. Chuai is the most likely station.

This is obviously a reference to one of the drilling rigs. One was built on an area that contains no oil, and our Whistleblower theorizes that Tagruato knew this before building the rig. This means that the rig was built to drill for something else or for some other secretive reason. *NOT to drill for oil*

The guy has limited internet access, normally, but has been able to use a computer, scan a document, and send an email thru a intern mailer. Whether it is Teddy, Daiske Kagashima or Charles Scott ( regular user of the computer i guess ) is another story...

I thought Scott was a part of TIDO? I thought they were anti-Tagruato? Unless Scott is the Whistleblower, I don't think he is employed by Tagruato...

I'm positive TIDO has members infiltrating Tagruato. As low level interns or what have you.
