SOLVED: Aglaura Source Code Message Someone's defaced the library. A picture of the defacing has been left on the Aglaura site. Follow this link:

If you look at the source code, you find a bunch of strange stuff. Looks like we've got another cipher on our hands.

The "danny" phrase is repeated, although once it has a /k/ inserted into it. I pointed that out by separating the phrase and inserting *** in place of the /k/ in the second danny phrase. Also, there is some internal inconsistency in the phrase - I reddened it.

Solved Credit for this solve goes to strife777 at CD.
The four words (or the 16 letters) "wish take year even" will anagram to
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"key is weathervane".
Taking the code (without the bracketed letters) into vigenere decoder using "weathervane" as the key (there were no spaces between the words, I put them there myself):
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
html headtitle untitled document title head body div align equals center table width equals twenty seven percent border equals zero trtd width equals thirteen percent imgsrc equals http www synthasia com images ppa gif width equals one hundred height equals sixty three tdtd width equals nine percent im
Using the web page given, and more, we get a word from the pictures when they are put together:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
digitalis
Now we are trying to figure out the other parts - appears to be designed for making a webpage. danman_d created the page.

Digitalis info In case it's useful to help us with this puzzle. (BTW, Digitalis and Foxglove are the same thing.) http://www.amomslove.com/hg-garden-foxglove.html
This plant is associated with fairies. Legend has it that fairies use to give the blossoms to foxes to wear as gloves. That way they wouldn't get caught stealing chickens. This is how the name foxglove came about. Legend also says that foxglove got its name from it being known ages ago by "Little Folk Glove." According to this legend the blooms are worn by fairies as hats and gloves. So, depending on which story you like is how foxglove got it's name. Another legend, more superstition than anything was, if you picked a foxglove you would offend the fairies or that the juice of the foxglove would help you get your baby back if the fairies stole it.

Given the background on this plant, and the inclusion of "agp" in the picture, and that many of us tried this (and other variations) on the anonymousfame.com site last night, probably not.
This appears to be another research project of Dale's in his search for The Wish. May he thought that The Wish was a faery and he was looking for another way to bring The Wish back to his home?
On the other hand, it has already been noted that the language spoken by The Wish could have an Irish brogue to it - could The Wish be a leprechan? Maybe The Wish will show up at Ash Grove Park on March 17th? LordK - you really should have offered to be in the parade!

What about the "grid-type-thingy" in the digitalis/agp page? Does that mean anything? Digitalis is divided into groups of threes. Just discussing in hopes someone may 'see" something.

I wish there was more spec posted on the boards than we are getting. As in Lockjaw, so much discussion takes place in chat and those of us without access are left in the dark. My guess is that this has already been discussed in chat but I'll post it here just in case. I think the AGP in Digitalis refers to Ash Grove Park. See the whois:
Organization:
AGP, Inc.

What do we do with the info now? Ah, what does "digitalis agp" mean? That was the $1 million dollar question last night.
Is there something we need to "C" (see, from the graffitti) in digitalis agp? Good thought, cem. Is the graffitti part of the puzzle or just a red fish? We need discussion and brainstorming of ideas. This is where the daylight people (those who are not around during the updates and initial puzzle solving) are really important - it is this spec that really gets us up and moving forward.
What is known and discussed in chat last night:
digitalis = foxglove, fingers (digits)
agp = probably ash grove park (I forgot about "Desire Hunter" in the WhoIs - that is a good catch mottjr)
From Diandra et al: In folklore, one would plant foxglove at the doorstep to invite Faerys into one's home. Could this be the result of Dale's research in his attempt at finding The Wish?
We also have seen hands and fingers in photos at Ash Grove Park on the Midway page (in the fortune tellers ball and on the artwork in the Arts & Crafts photo).
Therefor, it is probably not his password into anonymousfame.com (and believe me, we tried a lot of variations for that last night).
Are there more pictures? Did we try ppk.gif, ppl.gif, ppm.gif, etc?
Is digitalis the start or part of another web page? We tried variations on that theme as well and the only one we had was the shortlived digitalis.swf that was on the SpeedHuntingClub website during the "teasing" phase. Unforum has it archived here:
http://www.unfiction.com/compendi/games/ctw/digitalis.swf
So, even if you cannot access chat, your brainpower is important to this game. And we do need to keep the discussion boards updated as well, thanks for the reminder to post our thoughts.

Spec:
The "C" with the irregularly spaced dots looks like it may have been taken from the dotted circle on the anonymousefame page. Any chance of a connection?

I worry that we lead ourselves astray by thinking of it as a C. Remember that it's incomplete.

I made an html page that puts all three images on the same page for comparison:

Ring around the rosie
Beautiful. Graffitti = digitally drawn ring. Does it equal the circle symbol? I don't see how yet.
Thanks for the compare...
