Well, it's reasonable. So if he'll cross with Jamie in the ruins of the city (ruined by a monster, he've bounded to have an alibi), he'll just say: "Oh, Jamie, I was really disturbed and traumatized by a monster, btw, this girls is not what you think, she's bitten and I help her now"...

And the movie should have a title "The Monstous Alibi".

Not proof, but hear me out.

She received Slusho stuff.
Some of of have ordered Slusho stuff.
It came with Japanese newspapers.

I can see him faking Tidowave as that wouldn't be that hard to do, intercepting orders and stuffing memos in them (for us) just seems impossible.

Granted, he may have ordered a Slusho hat and built Tag's site on info based off of Slusho's site, gave the package to her, pretended to hack his own site and create another site, but there is still the problem with The Whistle Blower.
