Decoding the message by hand, using wingdings, I found them all to represent Periods, numbers 1-9, and the letters f and k. The mailboxes are just periods. Decoding this gave me this which is in sequential order from left to right.

Turns out bobby doesn't have any oog of knowledge of the mythology of the Angels at all---he just reads really poorly researched wikipedia articles.

I am currently fighting with my computer to be able to work and view the files better. My only thought is, has anyone been able to possibly layer them one over the other. Just to see if anything pops out. It looks like if you matched up the two side bars you could make it one document, I just don't know how to do it.

On a different angle, I have been working on the clue that came with the riddle. I found a web site called "The Old Bill" and it seems to have a lot of religious writings. It seems possible that they are pointing us there. I did find a passage from the book of John, but can't figure out the grey part. Here is the link to the web site, let me know what u think.

I checked through that site, the post about John is from 2006 (so unless it was backdated, there's probably not much there). I didn't notice anything in the source either but it's a bit messy so I could have overlooked something. The site also gets into a lot of stuff about the Christian left wing, homosexuality and the bible, etc, I'd be surprised to see the PM getting on a soapbox for the ARG. Good call on following the clues, working both angles should produce something.

Another note on the same line, although it could be completely irrelevant, I'm seeing a lot of references to police when I search Old Bill. Probably nothing, but at least keep it in mind in case you stumble on a connection.

I have noticed the same kind of extreme religion...I also felt it probably wasn't connected because of that, but felt it was worth going through and posting.
