Sigh... I've yet to post anything negative about the marketing campaign. I don't even mind the interviews that are "giving secrets away" because this is all still shrouded in more mystery than any movie in a long time. (ok, maybe not The Orphanage... but that was just a LACK of marketing. Go see this movie- it's awesome!)
Back OT... I'm really disappointed that they did voice over. At least it was the cool-Last-House-on-the-Left-style-voiceover, but really it's always made the footage seem more real when it just stands for itself.
I also think it's just as (or more?) effective that way. If there had been a voiceover on the very first trailer, would there have been as much buzz?
Of course... that could be a spot just for the demographics of that particular show.
They need things spelled out just a bit more...

Slusho! not the cause of infection [spec] So, I'm assuming it's safe to say that Slusho! isn't the cause of Marlena's infection?

I would say that. It just adds extra stuff to the film which only we will know about and it'll confuse everyone else.
I reckon the monster poisoned her somehow.

Well, we've been told Slusho DOES have some role in the film...probably just not as negative as we believe.
And I'm pretty sure Marlena gets minigrump'd (copyright).
