I was thinking something similar. A ton of cyphers thrown out one after the other with the occasional story tossed in for good measure. I like the story so far, but I need more to keep me interested!!

lol, we don't know what will happen just yet. This might just be some weird beginning, where the rest of the game could be really in-depth. This cipher might have some importance to the rest of the story.

I agree with the 'less ciphers, more story' sentiment, but this is definitely an ARG (not a timewaster), at least in my opinion. Why? Because timewasters tend to be preset puzzle trails, where solving a puzzle leads to a chunk of story and another puzzle--if the timewaster has a puzzle at all, I mean. However, this ARG involves interaction and live updates--definitely an ARG, not a timewaster.

Smile

Interested to see how the PM deals with it if we don't solve this cipher. Sorry to put the PM on the spot, but I'm not a puzzle solver. Sad

Yeah, me too. Let's hope that they've got an alternate route for when we don't solve puzzles.

More mellow, less spice.

'Tis the season for more mellow, less spice.

I might've pushed you puppets too far, which I apologize for. I didn't mean for your strings to break or your hinges to get stuck. I will however, will offer you some grease for your joints.

Where does a hunter take down his pray in this urban jungle?

And with that tasty riddle, I bid you adieu, and give you the last chapter of this book.

"After giving out the disks, and sucsesfully raising the two test subjects frequencies, I sat down infront of my computer, and logged into the station. Everything was quiet. Which is the way it should be. I pulled out the disk that I had found under my bed that said "Play me when the time is right!", and inserted it. It was a 30 second audio file. I sent the signal to the station, and watching Mike and Sharon outside of my window, wandering around in the snow, I saw it all happen. I saw them instantly freeze, pull out razors from their pockets, and slit their throats. Then, the most horrifying sound they made erupted from their severed necks. Blood squirted in beats, almost, accompanying the horrific song ever sung. They collapsed, a snowy red pool surrounding their body, seizing and bleeding. Then, when the song finished, they were relinqueshed from the frequency's control.

He was crying at this point. Actually, it was more like sobbing. Except it wasn't regular tears. It was blood. He tried to scream, but his throat was slit, and he made the most horrific noise ever heard, and tumbled out of his window, a cape of blood behind him. He was gone, and I was now in control. Now the 100 days of Doom will begin, and it will not stop until I have conquered the waves.

Doom"

I don't think it's over; it's just that these couple of people died. Gruesomely.

Looks like that riddle might be a hint for our previous puzzle... Or not? I dunno. I gotta go do las tareas para la clase de espanol.

Did anyone else notice that he spelled prey wrong? I'm not sure if it's intentional or just a lack of SAT training in spelling on the PM's part. I see two options...

1: He actually meant "prey," but spelled it wrong. That leaves the riddle as it was originally.

2: He intentionally wrote "pray" in order to reference a church. The only kind of predators I can think of in religion are the child molesters inthe catholic churches (sorry if I'm offending anyone Sad) and those people that go door-to-door and try and convert people.

I wonder what the 100 days of doom will be? "on the first day of doom my truelove sent to me..." etc. (xmas on the mind sorry)

As for the riddle no idea's just yet, might be some kind of pun something in a city that sounds like something to do with hunting or whatever? Confused

glad it's not another cipher tho! Laughing

I was thinking that the answer to the riddle could possibly just be "church." But how that relates to the seemingly binary puzzle is beyond me. That Blogspot page is gone too.
