On a more serious note, this memo confirms some existing speculation, and these lines of speculation lead to some interesting questions.
Fact: Chuai station is supposed to be drilling for oil
Fact: Chuai station is not listed on this memo
Fact: Chuai station was supposed to begin operation in Sept 07
Fact: There's a[n oil] tanker in the new clip
Fact: The tanker is reported as capsized during the same news report as the initial explosion
Fact: Teddy said that Tagruato either found or was making something (at Chuai station)
Fact: Chuai station is the closest Tagruato oil station to NYC, the site of the attack
Fact: Me randomly bolding every time I write fact is pretty damn annoying

All of this evidence fairly strongly points to a link between Chuai and 'ol Grumpypants (as long speculated). This memo, imo, also strengthens the link between the tanker, Chuai station, and grumpypants. Whether the tanker is filled with DSI, the first shipment of oil (3 months after production was supposed to begin), or even Grumpypants itself, it provides a possible link between the station and NYC. Even if the tanker is mundanely filled with regular old oil, it provides something for grumpypants to follow from Chuai to NYC, explaining why he attacks NYC instead of somewhere else along the eastern seaboard.

 		When i first saw that clip with the capsized tanker, i thought the same thing, what if he was in there. But then, are there tankers big enough to fit a 400 - 500 foot tall monster in? I know some of those ships are huge but dont think that big. If im wrong, so be it. Ive just never seen one. definitely some connection though, seeing as it had a Tagruato logo on it. Id buy the whole DSI thing , it could be following it. Or, this could be one giant KoinKidinK and were all wrong, Who knows Dunno

If we present the letters in the pdf file title as digits according to the layout on the phone dial pad it translates into 77386664783
Can it be a valid phone number?

Well I will do YOU one better. something that has kinda been gnawing at the back of my mind (and i know this sounds quite far-fetched but just a thought that i have had that i haven't heard anyone else address).

The attack is planned by ganu as revenge for WWII. either they found/made mgp and moved him to chaui, or the a-bombs dropped on japan in ww2 mutated something into mgp. one thing that made think this was the argument that people were making about "if marlena is exploding because of slusho why haven't japanese people exploded before?" that is how i got on this train of thought (thinking the a-bomb either made the dsi in that area non-toxic to humans or made people in the area unaffected), but from the recent commercial's i think she is obviously bitten and that is why she blows up.

but back on subject; I think that it could be a planned attack and they wake up mgp, lead him to nyc with a tanker full of his food (dsi is not parts of him, it is his source of sustainance) and then when they into ny harbor, they set off the explosion to spill all the dsi into the water to get mgp interested, and then he smells all the dsi in nyc from all the slusho drinkers and goes crazy.

i have found a couple of coincidences that i think could support this theory:
Tagruato was founded in 1945, same year as the a-bombs being dropped.
if you are at all familiar with numerology you multiple digit numbers, and keep adding the separate digits together until you get a single digit number i.e. (the date of the nagasaki bomb being dropped) 8/9/1945 or 891945, add the digits and you get 36, add those digits and you get 9;
take 1/18/08 or 11808 (i am using 08 instead of 2008 because all the advertising uses 0Cool add the digits and it comes out to 18 which 1 + 8 comes out to 9 as well.

or you can take each of the separated numbers and it works out to be the same thing 8/ (already 1 digit nothing is done to it) 9/ 1945 (1+9+4+5 =19 1+9 = 10 1+0 = 1), so you are left with 891 which would than translate to 18, 1+8 =9. then doing the same thing with 1/18/08 the only number that needs to be added is 18 (obviously 0+8 =Cool and 1+8 =9 so we have 198 adds up to 18 which translates to 9.

I just made the numerology connection tonight and i am going crazy with it. I will probably post this comment in a new thread in a minute. so let me know what you think.
