If those coordinates aren't quite right, then the answer he probably wants is L'Auberge Ravoux - it's slightly north of the location shown in that video. L'Auberge Ravoux is where van Gogh lived (and died, having shot himself in the stomach). Apparently they still have the bed where he shuffled off this mortal coil.

I think he might be in the Chateau d'Auvers Tyre Oise. Its a museum in Auvers-sur-Oise. I found it last night, and it's about 20 miles from the Eiffel Tower, and it has art within. However, I can't find the exact address so I didn't post it earlier. Sad

Can anyone find an address?

Just got to check the trailhead today. I've got nothin' so far, but hopefully I can get more into this after the holidays.

Oddly, the email I got from him did not include any attachments. :/

Haven't gotten a reply back yet...I"ll keep you posted!

Edit: We're right! he says
"Grand! I am on my move tonight!"

EDIT:
Here's a reverse-order transcript of a conversation, just because there are some clues popping up. I'm bugging him about the size of his plane to get an idea of how far he might be able to travel tonight...

ME: I'm very very sorry. Three years ago is still very recent.
I would be delighted to speak with you at any time. You may also call me, if you would like to discuss your plans further. I can be reached at 507-779-XXXX.

HIM:Three years ago... She was so beautiful. She was my everything...
Now that I have sufficiently depressed my self, I really am off to pack. Thank you for speaking with me. It is more of a pleasure than you know.

ME: Your daughter liked unicorns? I'm sorry to hear that she is not with us. How long ago did she die?

HIM: I am. The size is of little importance, though... when my daughter was alive, she made me paint a small unicorn on it.

ME: How large a plane? And you must be VERY successful to have a private plane!

HIM: Yes, I am going by plane. But the plane is a private plane, so it would do no good to report me.
I am merely telling you because it IS a clue: I am going far away.
Now, I must pack.

ME:Oh, I didn't realize that lying was a part of the game. I thought you were giving us clues and we were looking, and that lying would be poor form.

HIM:Yes, of course. Or perhaps not and that was merely a lie so you would cancel all the flights.

ME: Really? So will you be flying this evening?

HIM: Grand, I am on my move tonight!

There are a couple of extra videos up:

Merry Christmas - The description says " Don't email me today, respect the holiday, and don't do anything I'll have to kill you for." It says it was added on 23 December 2007, but I don't remember seeing it before. I watched it and thought it was damned creepy. The soundtrack is a jolly-sounding jazzy bluesy number. I can't really describe the footage, but it's shot in a kind of night-vision/infra-red type way.

Merry X-mas - The description says "Wishes from my... dinner guests." The video is a photo of a load of people, all with an X over their face. The picture is pretty static, and just the colour changes. The soundtrack sounds like 80s synth-pop, with some vocals towards the end.

After at least sitting through the first one, I can't tell you for sure, but I do think that there's a tiny dog at one point, more than likely a chihuaua (if that's how it's spelled). It's drinking water (maybe?). The thing does look incredibly creepy, like some CHUD monster or something, haha.

I think the video has a man (opening and closing his mouth quickly), a small dog, and a flickering light. In some bits, the man looks to me like a monkey. I think some of the footage of the man is morphed into less-than-human looking forms. It's eerie, and not terribly clear in parts, but it gave me the heebie-jeebies.

The video from the Merry Christmas one I've seen before. Saw it a year or two ago on some random site with videos. However, when I saw it there was the original sound and it was 10x creepier. Sorry I can't remember the name or anything else about it... tagged as something like Alien Mutant Prison or something. In any case, it wasn't his video.

And, crap, I sent him my first email this morning. >.< I said merry christmas...

The video part of Merry Christmas is Rubber Johnny.

And now I have a holiday to respect.

I don't know if this has been posted, but the 'Do not resist, I am now controlling your motor skills' part is from the FireFox add-on LeetKey. (Looks like it, anyway.)

Second page, post number ten.

oh also, for what it is worth the repeating text string seems to come from the leetkey extension to firefox. I have no idea how reliable this is, I just googled it and found these links.
