What is a Placenta

I just got my ISIS today. WOW....frustrating as all get out. The question I have is, "What is a placenta" on the ISIS.

I don't understand the terminology. I can hear one or two balls rolling around in there and I can depress the plunger about 5cm.

So what the devil is a "placenta" on the ISIS? Is that one of the hierglyphics?

Placenta

A placenta is the heiroglyph that looks like the isis ball. the one that is is a circle with horizontal stripes crossing it.
