[OT] Anyone see Sweeny Todd? Sweeny Todd was supposed to be last major Paramount theatre release before the close of '07. There was a Cloverfield trailer before Transformers and Beowulf, both Paramount films. Just wondering if anyone saw anything.
Oh, and is it worth seeing? I <3 Johnny Depp.

Yeah, I saw Sweeney. Twas wonderful... I think. The movie was unlike anything I had ever seen before.
And also, it did indeed have a Cloverfield trailer.
Made me happy.

I saw Sweeny Todd! It was an amazingly beautiful movie. Tim Burton is a master at showing the macabre can be gorgeous and artistic.
There was a Cloverfield Trailer in front of it. Nothing new really, just everything in a remixed sort of fashion. One thing I did notice, I am pretty sure that the scene with the soldier where his face was blurred out was changed to remove the blurring. But it flashed by so fast I couldn't make out his face. I am almost definite the pixelization was gone though.

I saw it, now one of my favorite movies. I love the songs "A Little Priest" and "Pretty Women." It had the 2nd Cloverfield trailer in front of it. Was quite nice!

The soldier's face was still blurred in the trailer I saw last night. (2nd trailer)

Honestly, my servant cannot catch a single trailer in theatres. He has been to a handful of films which were supposed to include the trailer. However, nothing.

Loved Sweeney Todd. Saw it twice already. No Cloverfield trailer.....but there was one before AVP-R which I saw on Christmas Day.

Yeppers. Great movie, must-see. Helena Bonham Carter is no Angela Lansbury, but it's still badass.
Managed to see the Cloverfield Trailer- Virginia Hampton Roads area. Second trailer, first time I've seen it in theaters since Transformers. Reaction was good, but I was surrounded by geeky theater kids (we came from a college outing for the midnight release, and they all pretty much know about Cloverfield because I won't shut up about it).

My bf is sick of hearing about Cloverfield and he was willing to go see Sweeny Todd with me, until he heard I was really hunting the next Cloverfield trailer. Now he won't go. Ass.
