The address is approxamtly 476 Broadway, between Grand and Broome.
(according to Dennis at CloverfieldClues)

He mentiones it here and links to a google map with the first trailer locations in it

I searched w/ the keywords "party AND location AND map" if you check that, you might find the map that has the approximate rooftop location on it, as it appears to be different from where the party supposedly spills to the street from.
