Nope NOTHING.
I wanted to see Time's Square go dark & then hear the roar. My god that would've been epic.
Now that would ROCK. Have directional audio. Like have the sounds flow down the street. Then Have the announcer voice boom "Some thing has found us...CLOVERFIELD".

I am recording it on my DVR in HD. I may not be as fast as others converting and posting it on youtube or Google video. I have never posted anything on youtube before but I will give her a shot. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
What are you importing it to your computer as? If it's a true HD format and you can export it to an HD .mov file and upload that someplace, that'd be just grand. YouTube is only about half normal NTSC TV resolution, which is to say it pretty much sucks when viewed any larger than the native size of the original generation player.
DiVX Stage6 is pretty high quality, even though it's not fully HD.
First I just want to see it (if it's new footage), if I can grab it in HD after that, I'd be tickled. I'm still waiting for the TV spots to be put on the Apple Trailers page for Cloverfield.
I planned on just burning it onto a disc and uploading it. Now that I think of it, I guess it would not be HD anymore then. Crap! My All in Wonder card is broken so burning it to disc from my HD DVR is my only option. Do you think DiVX may be better to upload to? Do I need to convert the file if so what res and settings do you suggest?

Nice. Looked like there were a few new shots in there. At least ones I hadn't seen.

Just saw it. Nothing overly new, mostly footage from trailers and TV spots. The ending shows a close up of the capsized tanker and the headless SoL. The Tagruato logo is clearly visible.
I kept hoping they would show the monster
Guess we'll continue waiting on that.

But I still liked it.

Like 2 new things.
One shot of them running and something hitting the side of a building (looked like a curved direction) also we see that the Tagruato tanker is next to the statue of liberty, so it wasn't thrown into the city.
Other than that longer version of all the new stuff from the commercials.
Looked like the exploding girl was different.
