No worries!

I thought the skyline looked a bit like London, the cathedral like building on the right being St. Paul.
But little googling proved me wrong.

As he said the next location would be MUCH harder, I don't think he would come up with another location
so close to one of his previous ones.
The director moved a few times in his life, but this little film is connected to so many different (and famous) artists,
if the original film is part of the clue then it could well be any where on earth.....
Maybe the music and its lyrics got something to do with it?

Just thinking aloud, any thoughts?

In the full version video you posted, it said it was performed at the 'theatre des champs elysees' (some accent marks in there), and if my Count of Monte Cristo serves me right, that is in Paris, or damn near. In the book, the Count himself took up residence in the Champs Elysees, so perhaps his third location isn't as far away as we thought? Perhaps he is trying to trick us?

I looked up Arman on google and I got a wikipedia page

EDIT: And I just noticed the last tag on the new youtube video is mu and a quick google search gives a result of university of missouri.

A dead French-born American artist named the same as our friend is a bit creepy. Not sure if it's related, but our friend does seem to have some knowledge in art history.
