Yes, we have seen them before a good while ago. Note the links to Dennis' blog (CloverfieldClues.com) above which have both the images you mention, and are dated from mid-November.
Dennis has always been nice to share what he's heard about or found directly in the forum by posting about it himself.

 		I hadn't seen #14 before. I assume this is possibly after the helicopter crash? Are they in the hull or what?
