When you come out, the package is gone. Was it for her or did you leave it behind? Curious, I ask as you pass by me. You can't hear me. You shouldn't hear me. But you do. And you quietly purr

Hahaha yes coffeegirl xD it is like heros

I mentioned it cause Im getting really into Einstiens theory of relativity. He claimed that if you cant physically measure the present, then you cant measure the past or the future - meaning non exist.

He claimed that everything - the past present and the future all happend at the same instant, meaning right now the future is happening along side the past and the present - thus explaining why time warps happen - their little tears in space time that mean you can leap into the future and the past because they all co-exist.

*breathes*

It could explain alot Laughing

Ooo Einstein...brilliant guy. So he was all into the whole idea of parallel universes, I love that idea cause it just explains so much.

PS We're in almost every ARG together...this is funny and a small world.

Edit: Has anyone looked into dream analysis or Freud....things may not be what they seem is what I'm thinking.

Edit2: Looked up Saint Feline and found this link....I was even thinking of Saint Francis as he's the patron saint of animals. Yep spent a year at Catholic School...so I had to learn about some saints....I figured it'd come in handy.

http://www.felinesanctuary.org/ Not sure if it's connected but there have been RL connections so I'll just put it out there.

The reference could have also been to...Saint-Marcel-de-Felines (place in France) since maybe it isn't an actual Saint but a place and DC is asking for sanctuary there.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint-Marcel-de-F%C3%A9lines

As to the 'End of all things' that is most definitely the Apocalypse....eeep.

[META] Obviously the PMs didn't break a finger off a cemetery statue so either this angel is non-existent in our world or they've recreated a finger for a statue missing one.

Or, if the dreams are in the future, the finger hasn't broken off yet, but will. In that case, the PM's would just take a cast of an existing finger on a statue.

Angel Finger

What's the finger made out of?

I've been trying to figure that out. It's got some weight to it and looks sculpted as opposed to cast. It's a bit porous as well, so I'm guessing it's some sort of natural clay. I believe it's painted since it's a bit tacky. The end looks filed off and is lighter in color with a few black streaks. Also looks like a hint of metal poking out of it, though I'm guessing it may be the armature used to make it.

To me it looks like Jade....The ancient Mayans (or was it Astecs...I forget) used to bury the dead with various things made of it.

Not sure where to put this, but HP hack posted a link to a really interesting site which kinda got me thinking.

http://www.sentryoutpost.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=63&start=30

The link which you can find here depicts a future post apocalyptic tokyo, and one part said:

and weeds grow from the broken pavement

Now its probably been mentioned before, but Im getting confused with the two forums and whats been said where Laughing but here goes:

When BA talks about the angel, its all overgrown and forgotten. It makes me kinda wonder if BA is dreaming about the future.

Which means the Angel would currently not be overgrown. Maybe her finger isnt even broken yet.

A question for sinyx
Circle around the finger?

In this post on the SO forum "missing something", I noticed that Themagician mentioned that he keeps going back to the note.

I think that's why I keep re-reading that strange letter from B.

I have an odd question for sinyx.
Have you tried placing the finger on the note, perhaps using the darkened letters as a guide, to see if some kind of message is revealed by following the letters that appear around it?
(I have no idea of the size of the finger, compared to the note... so no reference point to even begin to guess.)

eta: Maybe the finger would be pointing up, as BA describes in her dreams.

I thought he meant the letter that came with his package. The letter with the finger is *to* B.A., from D.C., as far as we know.

He seems to be obsessed these days with the fact that he's being accused of doing nothing. Maybe we should ask him what she means...

Tried what I think you are asking but that doesn't seem to reveal anything. Of course, I'm not sure what I should be looking for, but nothing jumps out at me. And for the record, the finger is a little bit longer than 3 3/4 inches long. Larger and thicker than a regular human finger, depending on your size I suppose. Our angel must be a tad bigger than life size.

I'm resurrecting this OLD OLD thread not for any particular game-related reason other than to post something interesting from today's New York Times:

Apparently, there is now a Virtual Lower East Side aimed, as far as I can tell, at cool kids and wannabes for the purpose of pimping new bands.

It doesn't seem to include Alphabet City, but wouldn't it be great for recreating BA's dreams!
