just my thoughts....
I stated this before, but I just wanted to see what everyone else thought.
I believe that the stations are actually holding pens for the MGP, and possibly other MGP's. I also think that the small creatures escaped with ol MGP when the Chuai station went down, they probably hitched a ride on him perhaps? Also I think MGP is only passing through New York to possibly find his other trapped comrades on the other side of the USA near Japan. Just my mind's weird thoughts.
