 		There is absolutely no reason to post a "post-cloverfield" thread nearly 2 weeks before the movie comes out. Yeah, we get it, you wanna be the first post, etc etc like every other message board zero who wants stickied threads and first posts.

It is perfectly conceivable that in the next few days leaks and early screenings may happen, and some of those might be seen by people considerate enough to actually spoiler that information. This then seems like a reasonable basis for wanting to make a spoiler thread.
