Well since, in the english one they say its an oil spill and we have confirmation that there's no oil at Chuai..... it has to be MGP swimming under the water destroying the station. It makes since because he's there to shoot the debris up anyway.

If the station is being physically moved along, why would the people in the helicopter still be approaching it? You see the 'turn around' hand signal? You'd expect Tagruato's own people to know if the station was supposed to be moving or not. I think the first bit of the footage is of a real station and it has windblown foam off the pillars that is just left out or covered over in the later CGI portion. It's cheap CGI folks, we know this - because it's just a viral video. Don't expect perfect consistency in every detail, just the ones that really matter (like a big freaking oil rig folding like a table).
