 		Picture is just there to confirm the videos are IG, since putting stuff on youtube didn't seem likely from past experience in this ARG.

I have to say I'm kinda confused. It seemed like there was a theme or patern to the pictures on 1-18-08.com....then there was the picture with the guy with the recipe on the back of the picture, seemed out of place to me with the pictures before. Now this new one seems out of right field...unless like you guys are saying its just a hint saying yeah the videos are attached to the movie.

 		I think the 1-18 pics are just there to provide clues... nothing more. I know the site is IG, but i don't think it's supposed to literally be a part of the movie.

Maybe it's just a representation of some "Case File" the government has on the "Cloverfield Incident" and we're getting to see the pics one by one. Maybe the next thing to pop in there will be an actual file; a letter or something that will blow this game wide open.

Or a pic of the monster at midnight on 1-15?

I believe that is exactly what was intended to happen, but we somehow found the videos about a day too soon. As a result, this is the first photo on 1-18-08.com that leaves those of us in the know saying "Yea, so what? We've all seen that."

On another note: Are they trying to kill us? I can't keep up with the furious pace of updates and new info! Very Happy The Chuai videos, a new Jamie video, this new photo... I remember the good ol' days back in August and September where if we got a new tidbit once every two weeks we were happy.


Haha, I agree. I think it was intended to lead us to the videos and they are trying to kill us. Man am I having a time keeping up. I do not know how I was able to work today. I may need to take time off to catch up!

I like the government case file idea, but I think that other things would've been included if this was the case. Considering the abilities of 12 year olds on myspace to make amazing flash profiles, the marketing team could have made this the centerpiece of the "ARE". Case numbers, evidence codes, anything of this sort would've helped us understand the point of 1-18-08.com. The mystery of the site to start with was fun, but it seems like its just a picture dump site for the movie, no great shakes. What a cop out. I just expect more when you have professionals working on something that has the whole world waiting...

This does confirm Videos are IG, but through the video authenticity, we are confirming TIDO is IG due to the 1-5-07 blog? I guess, i still hate the Fat chics from Conn. and i think that is fake still.

Tido Wave is mentioned by the Japanese Tagruato rep, and a few of the reports.

I'm trying really hard not to use the many adjectives I feel are appropriate in this case.

So then lets simplify it. The 1-18-08 pic proves that the videos are IG. The videos mention Tidowave specifically, by name, not just alluding to them. So since we know the videos are IG, then we can assume that all info contained therein is IG, meaning Tidowave has been, once and for all, confirmed as IG.
