Half the posts ojn the newscast thread are about how crappy the CGI is.... then they turn right around and swear there's tentacles, heads, flippers.... in the water.
Ever think that these things everyone thinks they're seeing are just bad CGI "artifacts"? Not to mention these videos are posted on the worst picture resolution website known to man: Youtube.
Doesn't matter, in a week we will know if the creature has tentacles. If it doesn't, I'll enjoy reviewing the 48 other threads like this one.

ok, so i dont know if it is a tentacle but i definitely don't think that it is nothing. to me it looks kinda like a tentacle that is wrapped around the leg and then when the leg gives way and pulls the tentacle out of the water it releases it and slides back into the water on the other side (causing the splash) just my .02 though, it definitely is NOT nothing.

What if there is more than one monster, and more than one kind?
Not all "kaiju" were godzilla or king ghidarah. then different appendages may be possible.
We still don't know WHAT the monster(s) is.

Ah, let them chase tentacles. I'm moving on to the tanker, LeClerc and her "Son", and the other obvious things in the video.

you know you make a valid point.
No one has seen the monster...entirely.
We've just seen a glimpse.
I would love to think that this is going to be a monsters ball
and there are multiple [huge] monsters. I did think that at one point, but not by what I saw in this video. It was just a random thought.
But from the glimpse of what I've seen from the widget and trailer
I'm thinking this is our main monster.... and
I'm not sure if this monster will have tentacles.
Unless they're on his head, which wasn't shown. Who knows.
o_O
But just from that video, its way too hard to see...
or maybe the video I'm seeing appears too pixilated.
Because from what I saw its very bad quality
and hard to tell what exactly is in there.
MGP is there though, that's without a doubt.

It's not a tentacle if you follow it back it's just part of the station.

In the English video they talk about something in the water, and presume that it is oil. The location that they show goes against my previous belief that you could see part of the monster moving away from the wreckage...now people start talking about a tentacle, and while I think it's just water...It is in a location near the dark "oil" spot that could be considered where an arm or tentacle might be...I dunno, these videos are just making me wonder why they didn't update the game for months at a time and now, two weeks away from the movie's premier..we're getting assaulted with new stuff.

I don't think it's oil. I mean, we know there is no oil there. I don't think they would have taken the effort to point it out, unless there was something else there we should be noticing. Because after all, they know that WE know there is no oil there. So that is their way of pointing something out, knowing we'd know it isn't what they say in the newscast.

In the trailer...we knew that was the monster walking behind the buildings...there was no doubt.
I think if they had put a tenticle in the video, they would've made sure we knew what it was...and would leave no doubt.

i'm sure if it's a tentacle that they would mention it in the news casts...also, didn't the "american" one say that it's oil?

So there's an American version now?
Where did you see it?
I've been looking for it all day and have had a tough time finding it.
