There is no such thing as a solid speculation, it all has to start out as shit nothing.

Just think of all the things we've proved wrong. By proving those things wrong, we moved one step forward into proving something right.

 		Tanker theory
We've pretty much confirmed that the Hav Vind

is not the same tanker as the one featured in the trailer/commercial. Seeing as the distress call from the Hav Vind breaks up without much information being delivered, my current hypothesis would be that this tanker is now gone, destroyed by the monster. The news report does give us the estimated location of the Hav Vind when the distress call was made:

which is mostly west and a bit south of Chuai station (red dot). We can assume that this means the monster was headed west and ran into the tanker. Now for the speculation. The Tagruato tanker could be between the last known spot of the Hav Vind and New York City. Perhaps the monster is continuing west and follows this next tanker. It's also possible that the monster just continues west regardless of any tankers, but that seems a bit pointless when there are obviously two tankers involved here. I'd rather not speculate on what these tankers might be carrying since it's been discussed over and over again. I would like to say that it makes some sense that the tankers attract the monster in some way, otherwise, why head west from Chuai?

Anyway, that's about it. No amazing revelations, just trying to bring in what concrete evidence we do have from the news report.

You people need to goto sleep, your the most degrading bunch i have ever meet, not including all the "new" people posting here that are too lazy to read at least the first 10 pages just to get basically everything that has been hinted upon that had been discussed

after coming back for a few hours of rest to catch up i had to read 15 pages, i didn't mind, but what i did mind was how STUPID everyone was getting...

I have to post this over and over in large font so i can get noticed!!!

for one its RUDE to post the same thing over and over and in large font JUST to be noticed

its also RUDE to just post anything to break a record THAT is SPAMMING

and to the people looking for the videos and transcripts please, goto CLOVERFLEDCLUES.COM, they have all the videos and transcripts for easy viewing and it cuts down on the useless posts

also, for the people wanting to know if the tanker in the video was the tag tanker, 2 words, COMMON SENSE, they showed a picture of the Hav Vind or what ever its name was, they never said it was a Tag tanker, and if they did they was showing an archived photo of the tanker, presumably before it got modified with tag paint...

 		I agree completely with Colt on this one, however, one last thing.

For ANYONE who wants to try and do something productive and investigate the tanker connection in this ARG, I made another thread on the main board. So for the Vets out there who know what theyre doing, we can still try and get something halfway readable and decent done.

I disagree. That tanker has the name Hav Vind and you can hear Hav Vind in the distress call. It's specifically about that ship.

Has anyone translated the Korean at the start of Korean news piece number 2? I haven't seen any translation, but I've got a Korean friend working on it now. I should have a result soon.

i think you can basically call that a double edged sword, i may have been rude while saying others where rude, but the fact still remains that this thread as went from good, to bad, to worse...

Things like this are the reason I didn't post in this tread. THAT & the fact that I was lost like a blind man in the desert.

I used to come back to the site every 10 mins or so and every time the tread had extended by a LOT of pages.
