[SPEC]
If the Tagruato Tanker is to the east of Chuai then how does it end up in NYC?

The monster latches on to the hull and uses it as a sort of disguise to get to land
How else could he have surprised the NYC and not been picked up on any detection devices?

 		Its already been established that the Tanker near Chuai isnt the same one that ends up in NYC. So that theory is out.

However, it is possible it does so with another tanker, but this thing is...well...big.

 		i vote - plausible.

though i have a feeling...and someone might mention it....


....perhaps if a several-hundred ton monster were attatched to the bottom of your oil tanker, you might have signs., like for instance....using twice as much fuel.

but maybe just chillin' underneath, getting a hand being pulled along in the wake....yeah.


I have a feeling however, that the people that are expected to do something about a monster like this, ei. the army, aren't as surprised as the average civilian....so MGP arriving 'undetected' is speculation.

yea thats what i was thinking, something that big would cause so much drag on the tanker, im pretty sure theyd notice

wasn't there something in that letter that a guy from IMDB recieved, had to do with one of the people on a tanker or a TIDO Wave member saying "something is following us".
