IMO:

This letter is only to "frame" TIDOwave. They are the perfect scapegoat. Tagruato can't disclose the true nature of the incident to the public.

PS:

I didn't see any explosions in the videos.

It's cool to have an update and this is totally in character but between this and the Chuai vids I get a very strong feeling that something was missed with TIDOwave and the Janice PIC, etc. I'm sure TIDO released the vids from their people who survived but there is no way to really know that. This is a long time to not hear anything considering how much is going on.
I think next we will get something from them that makes obvious what was missed.

How big is the tanker? Can someone actually work in it? I don't think the tanker is the temporary location. I think that whatever blew up in the trailer is the temporary location. The flying explosions are just like the things soaring out of the water when Chaui blew up.

I've seen this kind of corporate spin before. I do think the last line is quite interesting and I wanna know what kind of "magic" they are referring to....SBN I am sure. I bet that stuff would sell like crazy on the black market.
