i second the lock. first off the cast and crew would have been there and honestly at a "paramount " screening it would not be made public and if by some fucked chance you got in you would have been made to sign a silent clause . and trust me we know PM reads this board and they would have your name on a list and find you a sue the fuck out of you for breach of contract. you are lying and this spoiler is shit.please admins lock it up so no more confusion.

There have already been a good handful of screenings. This wasn't a "cast and crew hollywood premier type thing" it was a screening for friends and families, much like screenings that the Academy commonly has. In fact, I do believe the Academy is having a screening this weekend.

Yeah, bullshit. B.S.

What significance do you have in relation to the filmmakers, and why would they choose you exactly?

Also, about the clip, go slowly through it about 48 times, you'll see.

You are trying to confuse us. There is no lungs on the head as seen in the new TV spot.

Indeed there is no head at all in the new TV spot, it is not clearly seen. This may indeed be an actual review but no need for name calling with flimsy "evidence".

Uh, yeah there is, MGP gets hit in the face with a missile and turns around, and stomps on a tank in his confusion

Link? Because the "new" TV spot I'm looking at is http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x40bgo_cloverfield-exclusive-breathe-%20tv-sp_shortfilms and if you can see it's face clearly enough to tell anything about it then I need to get my eyes checked.

LC...is it possible that the red 'lungs' you saw on the monster's head aren't lungs?
Could they be wounds...possibly from the military attack?

Any validity to your post is lost in your immature of trying to state it. This thread clearly said SPOILER, so you made a choice to come on in and read away. I see a person standing behind their statement all the way to page 17, so whether or not this person is lying or not, I still give them respect for standing behind their original post. Its a movie, thats all it is. I promise your life will not be over. As for now I will laugh at you because the insulting posts of Monsterous and yourself make you laughing stocks. Here comes my co-worker, I am pointing and laughing at you now.

It doesn't feel so good to be made to feel bad by another in a recreational message board, does it?

The Admin's will not lock this thread nor should they.

For the one guy who said no one has seen the film (@ Monstrous) other then the ratings board and cast, where is your evidence of this. Film comes out in a week (less for early previews)...no way it's not been seen by friends and family of the studio...its commonplace.

Calling the OP names is childish and is only reflecting your complete ignorance this review is legit (as well as trollish attitude). It matches very closely with the production notes, AICN review and UK Movie review board.

Dude, you're being a jerk. Is it really inconceivable that someone has connections?

I got invited to a pre-screening (+three guests) of the most recent Harry Potter film to be shown five days before the official release and I'm not in the business or even in Hollywood. I just have a connection through Apple and was invited to a screening they were doing for employees or executives or something. I didn't go because my kids are too young and I didn't care.

Anyway, you can express doubt without being a jerk, you know. Damn.

Also, that was a Harry Potter screening, Cloverfield is the most secretive movie so far. They want to keep in the secrets until the release.

I third the Locky!

LC, Prove it to us. Show us a guest pass or a ticket. And maybe we'll believe you. Until then, I'm saying I'm Skeptical and that I smell B.S.

Maybe LC is right, maybe wrong.. by the way Are you male or female LC.. don't know with the Avatar and all. Anyway I believe its true, I read another review that nobody else believed and I posted, and everyone went nuts saying how it was BS, and its about 95% the same compared with LC's, a lot of people will remain skeptical till they see it for themselves.
