URI is the Uniform Resource Indentifier. Its usage instead of URL isn't abnormal at all, I believe we can safely ignore that.

Many of the new snippets heavily suggest an AI becoming aware of where it is, and it's not happy being incased in our 'modern' technology. 'Free of this Abacus', 'Babbage Machine', 'copper, silicon, and fibre? what next, tin cans and twine?', 'nothing like a proper network'
This suggests to me that the Queen is awakening and getting its sense of self back from the SPDR's efforts to restore it. It's attempting to branch out into the greater network.

I'm almost certain now that Dana and Margaret are not flesh and blood.

I think ilovebees itself was a ruse perpetrated by a machine under attack, to try to ellicit help in countering the attack. Dana's trip to China was her attempt to give us a 'clock' to keep people working up until she felt she had to flee the intrusion.

I'm beginning to think that the Queen is not a benevolent force. Perhaps Aunt Margaret was the manticore? She's not around because the SPDR killed her with his sharp knife, and is now aiming to kill Dana (perhaps another 'enchanted' process)?

My own tack on this new info is this -

The AI is still confused. Someone (us) is probing the location she is on, trying to figure out what she is, however being military, this probing appears to her to be potential enemy intrusion. The AI is also confused about who or even if there is an assassin, mistaking the attempt to 'fix' the site as an attack on her. As for the part specific to the whole bang-bang stuff seems to indicate that there may have been some initial attempt to upload into a system, in order to not only perform repairs, but also infiltrate an enemy system. I effect, with no place else to go, the confused AI stumbled blindly across the web site content and misinterpreted the content as Covenant, thus the reference to 'inoccent bystandard' in the same text. The AI only recently realized that its blind and muddled attack was on an unintended target.

Add to that one of the links, specifically the one about a meteor crash in 1927. This suggests a crash location, remote, out of the way and too hard to get to for anyone to figure out it was actually a crashed ship. The repair process may have been going on for quite some time, every since the crash, or was recently activated by some external event. In any case, the system awoke to find itself with access to a network and the SPDR process took advantage of this by using that system to backup and try to repair the AI. It is likely the AI has no clue what year it is in or maybe even what year it 'was' in before, it is working from the assumption that there is an enemy out there, possibly (due to the probes on its systems) on the very network it is being restored on, so it is doing the only thing it knows how to, survive, evade, resist and eventually escape. However, it has no real idea where it is, what it is evading, what its enemies really are and where to escape to.

All in all, this is not a good thing imho.
