welll my idea was to climb up the ol' lady n just cut it off for a night or two...u kno...then we cud have taped it back on...its not like that many people gonna notice... i mean ...most people dont even look at it in that detail right??? would have been a good joke JJ. but naaah "too crazy" he said...ye whateverRRRRRRRRRRRR

Well I can definitely see why people are offended by this. There's definitely lots more offensive stuff than this floating around the internet, but this is something that millions of people are gonna see. I mean, it IS the symbol of our (well, at least my, I don't know where you guys are from) nation's freedom with her freakin HEAD torn off and chucked into a city.

Not to say I think this is equal to promoting nazism (spelling?).

Many subjects are bound to offend some, the beauty of living in a free society is that I don't have to care, and neither do those making said offensive statement.

In a world where these idiots are allowed to freely offend, we should be allowed to disperse decapitated Statues of Liberty wherever we damn well please.

I'm going to buy a few of them and give them to my dog, one at a time, until he does it right. Much more entertaining that way.
