Dreams of Clover!!!

I think we have discussed this before, but not on a specific forum, so no trout. I had a dream that I went to Rob's going away party, and it was pretty much exactly the same as the teaser, exept I got squished by Lady Liberty's head . I think that was back in August. And in July, I got up to go to the bathroom, and I saw the infamous hair goblin in my coat rack.

Last night on the bus ride home to downtown san diego along the coast I was half asleep and I dreamt of having the dark towering blob rise up out of the san diego harbour and plow through the skyline, with the local navy ships unleashing hell upon it.

So I was dreaming I was with Rob and crew in a HUGE abondoned cathedral with MGP hanging out inside with us.

We run from the little bastige MGPs and finally, MGP himself is found. We hurl Slusho after Slusho at it, (It is considerablly smaller) and it passes out.

We then convince Rob to throw knives at its naughty bits so it can't make more MGPs.

I had a dream that I lived in Rob's apartment. One night, I had some friends over (2 people I've never seen before) and there was an earthquake. I went to hide in the bathroom, and the wall had been torn off, and there was a dead dog in the bath tub. I woke up in the morning, and I looked out the window, and I saw some slimy stuff in the street. I went downstairs and found out that there were eggs in the slime. I tucked one under my arm and ran upstairs. When I got home, I found out that I had broken the egg. That night, there was another earthquake. I went to the window, pulled open the curtains, and there was a huge eye staring back at me.

I had two Cloverfield related dreams a couple of nights ago.

1 - The monster was actually a 4 ft tall turtle (think Koopa Troopa). It was agile and could bound off walls. It bit people in the tummy. Needless to say, I also dreamt that I walked out of the film disgusted.

2 - The monster attack was really going to happen IRL, and people were anticipating it (oddly thanks to the advertising). People were camping out along highways and on hilltops to see it happen. I was with my wife on the top of a high spire where we could see the city lights in the distance, waiting for the monster to arrive. People were pulling up cars and trucks near us along the road, and at one point i remember popcorn wagons and even a merry-go-round being set up. Pretty morbid really, but also very visually interesting. If the "end of the world" occurred... would you be a spectator?
