ah cool.

That's the second one by the same guy, it's got a few difference to his other one, so they can't both be right. See the MGP Art thread for the other one.

when he roars, is it more of the low sad kinda howl from the first teaser and the 1-18-08 site, or is it more of like a screech like in the newer TV spots.

or do they spread it around evenly??

Honestly, with all the other noises like screams, buildings falling down, etc, it was hard to depict the monsters roar. There were a time or two where you could hear it fairly well though, and it was a lot like the roar heard on the 1-18-08 site.

how does J.J. die?

You mean Jason?

I really don't remember seeing him die, but I do remember him just vanishing and then Rob dealing with his death. So I'm not sure if it's assumed that he dies, or if I just missed it somehow.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Jason dies about 40 minutes into the movie. it happens on the bridge scene where everyone starts to hear MGP and try to get away. Jason was further down the bridge than everyone else and to try to see them better, he climbed on a light pole to survey the crowd. While doing this he gets crushed to shit by MGP's tail and the bridge collapses. This was the second sighting of MGP in the movie.

I'm older than 17, I'm 22, i just cant draw for shit. im sry

That monster is pretty sick. It looks alot like what has been described thus far. That would be a very respectable MGP.

I think you saw him briefly in that scene, but as someone said earlier, HUD turned away before you got a full clean shot.

OliMango, can you answer these two? I'm curious about them, too.

I don't know what the 'third thing' that guy was talking about it the review, I'm assuming it's just the exploding people which is caused by the little monsters.

It's pretty bloody when Marlena explodes, and that looks sort of like it could be the after math, but I don't remember that shot in the movie.

No, there a few considerable differences. I stated them in a thread somewhere, let me see if I can find it.

He said the hands are human-like and the tail is stiff.

And that's fan-art.

Here's in full what I said:

Quote:
That's not the monster from what I can tell, looks like someone drew it from what they saw in the movie.

The face is different, yes, the eyes aren't as visible as in that drawing. Also, the red lung things look more lung like than that picture. In that picture they look like....well, you know.

And the tail was stiffer, didn't really twist or turn from what I could tell.
