brief monster nudity.
IT'S HUGE
I'd say no, not if it's PG-13.

Usually it is only a bare shot from the rear end however there are occasional breast shots in some pg-13 movies. In fact there is nudity in at least one rated G movie, Clash of the Titans. There was nudity (breast) shown twice if I remember correctly. I just purchased the DVD a month ago and poped it in the DVD player for my kids. Man you should have seen their faces. My wife was a little upset with me. Oops!

You're worried about brief nudity in a violence- and gore-filled movie? Seriously?! With open chest cavaties and exploding people and crazy ass little monsters?
I can't be the only person who sees anything wrong with this, right?

No nudity in the film

No, there is no nudity in the film. Not much cursing either.
This is the closest they come:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Beth is in the bed, probably naked. She's asleep, and Rob comes up and tapes waking her up. The sheets cover her legs and butt. She doesn't roll over to show breasts. And Rob is focused on her face. He's in love. It's a short scene.
And what an apartment, holy cow. Time Square out one window and Central Park out the other.
It could be a little scary for 10 and under, but I'm 13 and it was just cool, exciting.

Hey STOB, stick around so I can ask for your opinion later on. I may need to ask you how to talk to my kids about drugs or something since you are a better parent than I.

Tell me about it...i'm insane when it comes to ladies' feet and that whole second toe bigger than the big toe does NOT fly!!
Anyway, I thought it would be funny (and say lots about our current social situation in the USA) if after the whole movie being used as a means to show the documentation of a disaster, there's a shot of a tabloid that reads: "Beth and Rob sex tape leaked!"
Seeing as they'd be famous after this event, whether they're dead or alive..

Seriously you have to credit the people who casted this movie. As far as the leading women in it they're all pretty good actresses and attractive. None of them really annoying or overpowering.

Oh kiss my ass. I merely shocked that you are more concerned with a chick covered with a sheet than you are with sustained violence.

This was how I used to handle it:
My kids know movie violence is not real blood. We used to have discussions about how the scenes were made. Sweeney Todd is an excellent example: (we are planning on making our own fake blood from corn syrup and red dye.) Now I wouldn't let them see Saw or Hostle, gore is a different animal altogether. However, Alien, Jurassic Park, so forth are okay for them to see. If i am unsure about a film, I see it first.
However, sexual content is not okay for them to watch. Kids should be kids and I don't want to open up that discussion with them over a movie scene. I prefer to discuss the birds and bees on my terms, it goes much better that way.
So in short, blood is nothing compared to a bedroom scene.
