At the top of the page there is a string of symbols. The title of the album is paper wings at the bottom it says paper wings. anyony want to tranlate this. the first few tranlate to QWERTYUIOP but then it gets different

 		i checked out the MP3, just a normal rockabilly song.

Brane actually called the beesnestproduction place, some guy name jim answered.

 		I discovered this site as well. I traced back to the parent site and contacted the owners. Each one was a flesh and blood person behind the phone. I asked a few questions about the site and the artists and am convinced they arent directly a part of it.

 		Yeah, the webdings thing appears to be someone smashing their keyboard...

So far this is what I have :

QWERTYUIOP[]??LKJHGFDSDSSAZXCVBNNM-

? = not sure yet what letter it is

It could be something they used (eg: password for steg), or it could be completely nothing.

 		To fill in your question marks simply keep going down the line: '; are the two missing.

Basically it runs > across the top row, < across the second row, and > across the third row with only a couple of repeat/patterned letters.

That's what it was looking like, but it didn't match up when I typed it. Ah well.
