So which is the closest?

from all the descriptions and the way the drawings are headed, i woulkd asssume that the monster looks most like some kind of amphibian/moniter lizard thats mutated with human like charecteristics. from what is said about the skin is seems to be less scaley and leaning towards the smooth grey texture of a dolphin or whale. it's tail also souns very fish like, big, but flat, for moving through water fast, it is also apparently sei transparent, and has some charecteristics of the aphyonus fish...

Hmmm, not feeling this new direction. I need to go read the thread and see the reasoning behind the aphynos. Maybe it will grow on me.

I am not sure where the new direction came from (??!!)

I'm sticking with humanoid, too, until more concrete information comes to light or Friday... whichever is sooner. Very Happy

JONES...I think the face just needs to be more humanoid, like xboys.

I think the rest is pretty good. oil and them said the monster was a slimy grey see-through type of color...and they said the tail was flat, so the tail makes since....then the basic structure is right as well. Based on the descriptions, I'd say the face just needs to look more like xboys...

Ya, know, MGP does walk on his back legs a lot too. He only walks on all fours when he's moving fast.
