EMAIL *to* AGP: about pictures sent from Dale

I just received an e-mail stating that my pictures from February 14th are available for download.

On the afternoon of 2/14/2003 my family and I were in a very bad car accident on the way home from Ash Grove Park. My wife and daughter were both killed in the accident and I was sent to the hospital with various injuries. Because of the confusion in my life immediately following my release from the hospital, I have lost my photo claim ticket and do not have the number from it to log in to the website. It is very important to me that I get those photos as they are the last pictures that I had taken with my family before they were taken from me. I want to be able to have them to look back on and remember how happy our last hours together were. Please respond as soon as possible. I really appreciate all of your help in this matter. Thank you so much.

I screwed up

Ok, so I forgot to include the order number in my original e-mail to them. So....I wrote a second message:

I apologize for my previous e-mail, but I was so excited to see that my
pictures were ready that I forgot to include my order number. The order
number is: 99746403. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Once again, thank
you for helping me in obtaining these memories of my family.
