[UPDATE] New Tagruato phone message Needs to be translated New Tagruato phone message
Starts off with a 3 or 4 note chime then a brief Japanese only message then it repeats over and over. Pressing numbers seem to have no effect like it did before. It's really clear and slow so hopefully it may get translated. Hopefully it doesn't say "The game is over quit phoning here".
Number is: 01181354036318
BTW there were no recognizable words like Tagruato or chuai.

Do you can save it as sound file, please? I'd translate it, but my chef wouldn't understand why I call Japan from my office phone.

What's the status of this? Anybody else checked? I can't call long distance from where I am, and can't translate either, so I'm useless.

Does it sound like an "Out of service" message?

That's my general impression.

so if it is out of service, are we to assume to the game is over or that Tag is going to report that they are closing their offices? There are several other possiblities, but then that would involve the office getting eaten but another monster and that's too much of a stretch even for me.

It has to mean that they are abandoning the ARG.

If it is out of service then I am going to hope it's IG and means TIDO actually did something.
In reality? Probably some bean counter looking to save 35 bucks had the phone shut off too early and was supposed to wait till the end of the month.

It's still the same message about the Chuai station in English. I don't know about the Japanese but I'm sure it's the same.
Did you listen to the whole thing?
LOL I forgot about the 1-18-08 page and it didn't scare me but my dog freaked out.
Edit:
It seems like it was down for a little while but when I called it was back up.

^ Yep. It's back to the Chaui station message. Maybe what I heard (over at least a 3 hour period) was the Japanese equivalent to " I'm sorry all our lines are busy"

I guess everyone freaked when they saw Jamie perform plushie surgery and thought Tag would have something new to say.

Your choice of words is ironic, because if I'm not mistaken that's a slight paraphrasal of what is actually said at the beginning of every one of the messages so far, in both English and Japanese.
"Thank you for calling Tagruato. All of our lines are currently busy."
