WOW, great awesome fantastic find!
(Reminder to everyone, The story reads from the page on the LEFT to the page on the RIGHT, this is best seen on the last two pages. This helps follow the story in pictures at least)

Alot of the credits page looks like katakana, i.e., transliterated english. i already got this:
ㇰㇿーバーフィールド
Cloverfield
(Ku-ro-ba-hui-ru-do: the r's are l's are interchangable, and only the katakana with ー really has a vowel. K'lobahild. Its close, anyways.)

If only my jap friend was online right now ... Good find anyways.
My guess is it's probably a representation, another way to tell, the story shown at the Slusho site. Couldn't really say.
Hope my friend gets online later tonite.
Hugs,
F.

When I have the comic up I can't copy or paste, it keeps changing everything to 'ActiBook Protection'. What the hell's going on here!?

Looks pretty awesome. Somebody said it's the backstory from Slusho.com? Definitely possible. It's definitely...awesome.

Am I wrong or they missed to make the comic start from the back to the front (or from right to left in other words) as all japanese newspapers, books and magazines are usually read?
Not even the page numbers on the print itself are in that order.
Or maybe the Flash application (Actibook) doesn't have a japanese version for texts to be read that way.
