Dracula's Riddle part 2

Part 2 now up and running, strikes me as trickier from the offset this time (or I may just not have managed to engage my brain yet)...

Chapter 1

Head spinning as usual,

However, I'm confused.

I've made it to The Town Gate of chapter 2. But, I don't have "a vampire clue."

My way out of town was - using the two words to get to "leaving the city" I put in the "if you leave without one" answer, got to "The Letter." It seem pretty obvious what to do here so I put in that answer and then the password answer, then the link between the greek letters answer. This gave me the chapter 2 page followed by "The Town Gate." Did I miss something.

I read the bit about go back to town but didn't bother.

You're speeding ahead of me as usual. I'll come begging for clues soon, lol.

Cheers

Ah, no - sorry, my post was misleading. The Vampire Clues come during the second chapter, not before. You haven't missed anything (or if you have that makes two of us!)

Have made no progress since my last post, unfortunately I have some work to do today so tomorrow I'll hopefully get moving again...

Chapter 2 Town Gate

GreenWindmill,

No problem, thanks for your help as usual. Stuck at the Chapter 2 Town Gate for a day now.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Can't work out the connection between the triangle and "it is in its purest form." Let me know if you have a hint.

Thanks Fredo

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It's not a triangle (strictly speaking) as a triangle suggests 2D. Once you realise what it is, googling it along with "purest form" should get you through.

That may not be helpful enough, but as ever, I'd rather give too little than too much and remove the pleasure of solving...

You're thinking too generic in terms of the shape - it's more specific than that, you'd recognise it if you saw it but I don't know how to nudge without giving it away! Think mobius might help...

Is that a maze of streets, a maze of letters or neither? If it's either of the first two I can help but they're the only mazes I've come across so far...

Head back to Chapter 2. The riddle that was too easy.

I need help with Tormented Screams if anyone can spare a hint.

Oh, sorry WholelyOrder. I thought you were on a different maze.
It's possible to skip the streets for now and get clues for it later.

Man! I was hoping it wasn't that one! I solved it but giving hints on something like this is borderline impossible!

I created a grid - streets along the top and numbers down the side and slowly populated it with ticks and crosses as I worked through the clues.

That was my technique anyway, if you're really up against it PM me and I'll give you something more solid...

In the meantime, if anyone has hints for The Bridge (I have the clue from the cabin already) or The Autumn Road (I'm convinced I know the subject matter but I can't find an acceptable answer) then I'll be grateful.

And Avonpaintball - afraid you're too far forward for me to be of any use, good luck flying solo!
