I posted something here:
LINK

That post links back to this thread. As interest breeds interest, maybe a few more posts there might help move things along. It isn't as busy as this site, but everything helps.

I'll look for others.

Do we have anything in the way of standardized flyers? Something that could be put on lamp posts or a few in coffee shops. I could design something if not. NEVERMIND - I just saw that part of the 48hoursonthestreet site... I'll work on that.

Also, do we have control of the 48hoursonthestreet site, can we put something linking them here after explaining a bit. I need to look over the flyers, but I thought it would be cool to put out flyers that appear to be looking for people to be in the documentary 48 hours in purgatory, then explain the situation at the site. If this is the case, I'll apologize now. I wanted to get something down, before I run off to read more. (I've added Idta1985 on AIM, and I'll discuss further with him/her)

Finally, setting up a forum and site isn't too hard, and I know how to do this on a linux machine in my living room. I don't know how the 48hoursonthestreet site is run right now, but this could be added to that as well, depending on the current hosting.

Okay, back later, now I'll go read more.

Is TM going to visit this forum and tell us what the deal is as to why we're using this now?

I dislike temporary changes, and I'd feel better if we had a set forum to discuss matters on, even if it means a brand new forum that we would stick to. It feels like we're all just...guests here.

two-eyes, I have control over the street team site and tm has told me that he is leaving that site up to me. More flyers will be put up there by friday as I mentioned in my earlier post and if you want anything put on it just let me know and I will put it up.

And feel free to design anything you wish and email it to me at conniedavidSPLATgmail.com Smile I will, ofcourse, give you proper credit for it on the site.

Matthew- TM is not allowed on here since he is technically IG and IG characters are not allowed to post here as says the rules of uF. Smile

Brody's comment to The Mirror, 'What's fun is fun and what's done is done,' intrigued me. My gut feeling was that he was quoting someone else, yet I've been unable to locate it until now. Check out the last line of this story which, not surprisingly, is about Stephen King. http://www.planetpdf.com/enterprise/article.asp?ContentID=6358

ETA: Here's the wiki about King's "Riding The Bullet" which includes the line "fun is fun and done is done." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riding_the_Bullet

Thanks Idta. Smile My hope is that this may translate to a video and that last puzzle piece. I don't know why we haven't found it yet. Is Brody playing a game of tag with this puzzle piece?

It's not all about the puzzle piece anymore, that will come in time.

This is Phase III of a much more elaborate plan.
