i dont know if youre aware but taking video/pictures of a movie in a theatre and distributing it is pretty frickin illegal, especially before the movie comes out LOL


the movie's technically out... i mean, this wasn't downloaded from Limewire or anything. And I'm sure they'd find some way to do some sort of 'legal action' but, there are so many holes in their argument. He's not selling the pictures or making any money off of them. They have a bigger danger in people who are giving out spoilers than these pictures.

 		First off he's in New Zealand which is a long way to go to sue somebody over something that is playing already there. The most that will happen is they will make the site take them down and close his account.

The entire movie will be selling on every street corner in Asia and the Middle east by Sunday and will there will probably be a torrent of it on the net by Saturday.

MGP is very humanoid, especially the musculature. I am really hating the pointy head though. Shocked

New Zealand's so lax, it's fantastic. You could probably walk right into my local cinema lugging a tripod and a professional camera and still get into a film.

Best thing is, I saved $2.50 today on a ticket because the girl at the counter asked me if I was under 16 - I'm 18, but I keep my age well. Wink

there is a BIG difference. the trailer didnt contain the monster except for a peak , u put pics of the creature, regardless of how blurry on the net. after all theyve gone to to protect it, i read in an interview with one of the assistant directors, that theyd persue criminal action against anyone that put up any pics before the eighteenth . sorry to tell you, but youre pretty screwed

edit. u need to delete those at once, and pm a mod and beg them to delete this thread

First of all the put the whole of the Deathly Hallows on the net and they didn't do crap. Second it IS January 18th in New Zealand. Finally to sue they would need to show that it actually hurt the box office, damn hard thing to do really especially as it won't change the box office one bit.

Photobucket will get a call and they will take them down and that will be it.
By then there will be how many thousands of copies going across the net?
I wouldn't be surprised if there a few attached to emails right now.

Movie came out at midnight last night, special screening on the 16th at 6:30pm [blah]
