I suppose you could, just don't see how a court could hammer you for it. Since the movie is so secret,how in the world would you know if they were from the movie any more than anyone can 'know' those graphic artists were really depicting the monster?

Yes, because intent doesn't have anything to do with copyright infringement in this case.
