I think pecs on a monster just look dumb. The whole human like musculature looks dumb really.

from the gif its head sort of looks like a birds to me. Also with its skinny arms. I am so glad it is not the lizard monstre thing put up on youtube, that guy must of been higher than a kite when he saw the movie.

Those red things on his head don't look like lungs to me... They look like ears or fins. When I look at his face, the eyes look tiny, black and sort of on the side of his head. The mouth has a lot of teeth on the outside of it. It reminds me of those fish that live on the bottom of the ocean.
