He didn't mean a literal baby, he meant he was a baby in a fact that he was new to the world. He had just been sleeping, then something woke him up. He was scared and curious at the world he had woken up to -- like a baby.

 		is it just me that thought the pic of the jets and ships attacking the assummed mgp out at sea seemed a bit old? i dunno, but to me, the jets and ships didnt strike me as modern stuff we have. perhaps it from the long past, and mgp tried to attack or do something at one point and the government brought it down in their own somehow, or so they think.

then the yoshida family stumbled upon the site and noticed the red stuff, and saw that it didnt stop, almost like oil...it just kept flowing out of the "earth", then studied it, and found some weird properties and long story short, thats the deep sea ingredient, and then they build the chuai station there to harvest it. sorta plays on the whole DSI is MGP blood. and there is no oil at chuai dealio. maybe thats why the "fisherman" is like watever. perhaps his experiment in that picture is how sea life is affected in that stuff. then they see that the fish become "happier and livlier" or whatever happens.

thus the ingredient for slusho is born! everyone wants to eat the steak, no one wants to see how its made sorta deal, so they dont tell the world, just market the stuff and have fun off profit
