I'll be there too. Look for a tall guy with dark hair, thick Buddy Holly glasses, wearing a t-dhirt and a suit jacket. That'll be me.

I'm (hopefully) seeing it tonight. One of the managers here at the movie theater where I work saw it last night and said it was awesome. I have a little less than four hours to finish writing papers before I can see it.
Let's hope I can do it. Two of the papers are on honesty, so I don't think I'm going to lie to my parents and say they are finished this time. I would feel kind of bad.
I can't freaking wait!!!
If I don't see it tonight, I'm going as soon as I get out of school tomorrow.

My mind servant was recently hospitalized with the flu. He will not be able to see it for a while.

Just got back amazing!!! You get to see the monster more than i ever thought we would. Those little monsters are insane, and creepy and evil. btw my dad (whom i brought, and teh dude sitting next me, whom i did not bring) both were talking about how sick they were feeling. in fact i saw a couple of people in the packed theater get up looking kinda sick, my dad actually had to sit there with his eyes closed for most of it and then went out to his car and waited for me. So teh motion sickness is a very real reaction to this movie, be forewarned. But it was still awesome!!!

That was so amazing!
The people that were with me were slightly annoying though. When it came to the curtain/hazmat/exploding scene they were like "OMG what was that? She was turning into something." "That looked like a bear next to her. What were those things?"
I wanted to throw a trout at them. And say it was already discussed on uf.
But that movie was super awesome.

I loved it.
Funny, the midnight crowd seemed to be with it during every single scene, and then, at the end, booing.
A lot of complaints as people shuffled out were of the I-wish-they-explained-more variety.
Right. Because it would've been sensible for the kids to run into a scientist in a white lab coat and a gray fright wig who tells them where it came from, what its name is, etc.
Gah. I lose faith in the American movie-going public a little more each day.
