I finally saw Cloverfield Premiere!!!
42nd St NYC @ the 12:01am Show!

42nd St NYC @ the 12:01 am Show:

The theater was packed to the capacity!, and I loved that we all started applauding as soon as we saw the Paramount/Bad Robot signs come on! The crowd was great, we all loved the film, I actually got the chills a few times, I went with my brother. It was more of an experience than a movie, everyone was of their seats!. LOL.. When the Star Trek Teaser came on the whole theater was applauding, we thought it was Cloverfield about to start(but it ended up being just for stark trek). Then, for some reason, the film was messed up and then the Star Trek teaser played again!!.. and the same thing happened (we applauded again, hahaaa). I have never been to a movie where the audience was actually applauding when the lights went low to begin trailers, then applauded when the film started, and applauded throughout the film and then the end!. The end credit music was stunning!, I didnt even wanna look down to find where the cheese was for my nachos cause I didnt wanna miss one thing in the movie! LOL. We were all locked on watching it, and nobody left until the credits were finished. We did hear a whisper when the credits finished on the movie, something like "what now", or "where are we", and it sounded like Robs voice. Overall it was a great film, I felt like I was actually there in the movie itself!.You really do become attached to these characters...even the millions that will go see the movie and havent followed the ARG will become attached to these characters who died in the movie....simply because it hit close to home...what I mean is that it was so REALISTIC...every single thing about the movie, you would think you were there with them, running away from the monster, dodging the blasts, and finding Beth...Im sure you all can agree on that?...Me and my brother felt like it was more of an experience then a movie.... you feel integrated in the movie, which I have never experienced before in any other. Incredible! It was incredible....We are going again tommorow....2 thumbs up all the way!
