Slushoman,dude.I've been watchin reagan88's vids on youtube since the very first one,even corresponded with him a couple of times(under a different screen name on the tube).I've seen multiple posts from him here on the forums (I've been comin here since the teaser,but just recently had the time to register and participate with everyone).Now I don't know reagan,hell I'm on the other side of the country,but I think he's a good guy.I've never seen him post anything negative about anyone unless taunted or provoked (lol I got tickled at ya there reagan when you got into it with nofx1978) Razz

He's here for the fun like we all are. does it strike anyone as odd that only two people are on reord as winning? They were supposed to be done by the 23rd, but only two out of five say on the internet that they won. Have to other winners been contacted and just won't say, or what?

If I had a commercial and won, I would probably wait to tell everyone,(even though I would want to tell everyone). Because, you have to turn in papers or something. I would wait for a confirmation, and then I would tell everyone! Friends and family, of course would know. We just have to wait and see I guess.

also the one vid that is a response to hers says something in the comments along the lines of having won but nothing really specific.

now for my .02, reagen won (absolutely deserving, great job man i have appreciated your cloverfield vids this entire time and your posts on her have been great. I want to move to texas just to take your filmmaking course!!) supposedly slushoman won, (give us a link plz, as is said by many in these types of forums, without a screencap or a vid, it didn't happen) and seadot won (also deserving) all in all i didn't win (doesn't mean i can't still pimp my first vid ever that i am extremely proud of how it turned out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10HV5rAiBF4) but all things considered I would have loved to win a laptop but i took more from this contest than any $3000 piece of hardware, i found a bit of a love for filmmaking and a new hobby to boot.

so slushoman, Me saying this has no authority at all, but i think that i speak for several people here (most of which have too much class to say this straight out) when i say until you are willing to bring us a link to back up what you have been saying (about you winning) then please shut up and stop trying to ruin this experience for everyone else.

Ok, so after doing a little bit of digging myself (much like slushoman did) i have come to a conclusion. Being that ghostwriter hopped on here and created an account to only post in this thread about how his buddy had "won". and then the next day slushoman did the exact same thing to say that he "won". We are supposed to believe that slushoman is ghostwriter's buddy. But are you ready to have your mind blown???????

THEY ARE THE SAME PERSON!!!!!!!

I thought that the whole ghostwriter thing was a tad bit suspicious, if it was his "friend" then why wouldn't the guy use his regular account and just not give us his "friend's" account name? Then my suspicions were validated by the fact that both ghostwriter and slushoman have edited all of their posts in this thread down to nothing. So in my mind that confirms that argument and then the question as to whether or not slushowriter had won or not was pretty much answered for me by his posting of the rick roll.

So please everyone no more feeding of the troll, lets all just carry on our conversations and ignore him like his mama did.

Hey Clusterwan,

I love your commercial! What program did you use to create it? I am pretty ignorant of what is out there when it comes to flash and stuff. I have played around a little with "Director" (Mac based) but never got good at it. And did you use Garage Band to manipulate the voices?

Fun Stuff...and really Nice job!

Hey Reagan88,

Thanks:) I'm a student right now so I used the programs at school. Mostly shake and photoshop. And I used maya for the CG. Yes I did use garage band for the vioces. I probably would have done more but ran out of time. I then used final cut pro to put it all together. Thanks again it's the first thing that i've put up since I started school. Smile
