reminder: social engineering interaction

For those of us who can't always keep up with reading the social engineering emails, please help us by summarizing your emails to characters and their responses at the top of your post. Thanks.

I was asked to clarify what I meant by social engineering. These are emails where people interact with in-game characters, usually trying to induce a response or get information from a character. Sometimes these emails are in a form of role-playing.

Summaries can take any form that works for you, please put it at the beginning of the your post, before you quote your email/phone call/fax/chat and the response. Please give us a sense of what was learned from the response and how it advances the story.
