First MGP, now RNW, we've come up with some funny stuff.

Ha! We're starting to use as many acronyms as the RNW.

"MGP is connected to SBN, and we'll find out how 'cause the RNW doesn't have a BFG that will keep MGP from staring in CF2."

Ok BFG isn't ours, but still...

I heard that MGP was on SNL pretending to be doing LSD and PCP.

Ha! Yeah, she'll be back for the sequel along with Hud ('cause he isn't dead, he was just "sleeping")

And JJ gave us the 411 and said that MGP was SOL because the PCP made him OD and now he is expieriencing ED.

That's why his girlfriend is now MIA

Headman, thank you for your service.

I washed out of boot with a blown knee back in the days when the military was being gutted, so they just decided to send me home. If I could, I'd still be in today.

I loved how they treated the military in this movie. They did not fail. They threw everything they had at the thing. Their technology failed. They simply had nothing else (Short of a nuke) left to throw at the monster before they pulled out. And they were most concerned with evacuating civilians before they pulled out and took their last shot (whatever it was) at the monster.

People have commented how deserted the city was, and it couldn't have been possible to get that many people out of Manhatten in 7 hours. Have a giant monster trashing your city and see how quick you get out. You might notice, though, that the military didn't pull out untill every civilian (Or damn close to it) had made it out of the area.

Our boys ruled in this movie.

Lol, if people can believe that Hud is still kicking, then it isn't a far leap to imagine people telling themselves that Marlena is fine, and that she just lost a lot of weight. Or that she's happy that the nice men in plastic suits popped her gigantic zit for her (plausible, because my bathroom mirror sometimes looked like that plastic screen when I was a teenager) Smile

I feel the same, thanks Headman, and I thank you as well Starship (blown knee sucks).

Insert "Pop Goes The Weasel" with that scene.

But in Marlena's case it's "Pop Goes The Hottie"
