i see what your talking about but Cloverfield and Lost are 2 complete different canons the closest they get is that symbol thing on the beginning of the video. i can be wrong, who knows

The Dharma LOGO was nothing more than a HOMAGE to the LOST series. That is all. I mean why would the United States Government have anything to do with Dharma. Wink

Have any of you seen LOST? Ben talks about the island as a "box that can grant you any wish". There is also a guy named Jacob who he seems to have held captive that might be granting them and most have gone horribly wrong, thus causing the problems on the island.

There is even a guy named Jin which is another name for genie.

Now knowing that Darma does in fact work with the government on certain projects and the fact their symbol was used at the beginning of the tape in Cloverfield, I think Abrams could be hinting at a strong LOST connection.

Yeah you can say that the Darma logo was just there to mess with our heads, but that's not how Abrams works. He ALWAYS has a reason for doing what he does and I predict there will be a strong LOST connection that we find later on.
