Thats the only video of someone talking about it... but I've read on here and other forums of people saying they can see it fall behind her head... sorry forgot where I read them.

Ry, I have a migraine from your AVATAR. MY god it is driving me to the brink of insanity. BTW, I hate the little non-confident lispy kid in that movie. I once had an idea to pay another 6 year old 50 bucks to track him down and show him the true meaning of ass-whuppin.

On subject - I have seen the movie 5 times and I have only seen the one object and splash. BTW, an object the size of MPG falling into the ocean at that rate of speed that close to the shoreline would cause quite a shock-wave not to mention splay MGP or at least a detailed salt water enema. When in the above link, you post a thread and claim you dont believe the sat' theory,
and you state the splash(s) are nothing but waves? Confused

Well I dont want to discuss WHAT fell or WHAT happened after it fell. I never said I dont believe the theory... I just havent seen it and that I think people are forcing themselves to see something that isnt there. I HAVE to believe the theory the damn Producer (I think) said there was something that falls at the end (now that doesnt mean what everyone is seeing fall and splash is the same thing Reeves is talking about).

I opened this because in that video I linked and reading a couple peoples description on where the satellite falls they are seeing something fall behind Lily's head. I was curious if anyone else is seeing 'something' fall behind Lily's head... and if so what their thoughts are on it. Or maybe there are two things that fall and everyone is getting all caught up on the first thing falling and not noticing the second thing falling.

when my friends went and saw the movie after I did i told them to look for it, and they said that they saw it falling behind Beth when the camera was pointing towards them

V2: One splash/Beths head...

Or are there 2 splash's in the movie, not one...?

Yah I dont know what to make of this second splash behind her head... I've only been able to watch the crappy quality 'Coney Island' videos on YouTube... and I cant see anything behind her head.

I've only seen it on the right side as well. I agree with Patrick Star, whatever it was it fell too close to shore and was too small for something the size of MGP. Whatever it was is small compared to MGP.
Others have suggested that maybe the impact awoke MGP from the depths of some deep trench. I would think that there are no deep trenches so close to the coast. That does not mean that it still could not wake him up from a distance. Whatever it was that hit the water would have slowed down immediately when it hit. It would have slowly sank to the bottom. Now if it was the satellite, what if upon impact or after sitting and the water some electronics shorted out and caused it emitted some type of signal/sound that traveled through the ocean to where MPG lay in rest. That signal/sound could have been to a tone that only MGP could hear/feel. Whales are said to emit a sound that can travel thousands of miles through the water. Or, what if it was some sort of nuclear device and it did explode under water after sitting there for a period of time. The explosion would not necessarily need to be close to MGP. The seismic wave could have traveled to where MGP was? Just a thought.

I'm sorry, but I've gotta question the source of this... I haven't heard anyone else mention anything falling behind Beth's head, only say that they didn't see anything fall. Perhaps this kid simply was just trying to hard to find... something... anything. So, he saw something that can probably be explained w/ a second look, but I don't think it was anything substantial... I mean, to the left of her head is land right? I'm thinking someone would have seen that at least.
