and mad ramblings...
It's all speculation and rambling, but it's what I do best...

Kinda went back to the beginning and read thru all 18 pages of the original thread and a lot of it got me thinking.
Firstly there is/was a fair bit of religious imagery floating around and the hacker Kane naturally could refer to Cain and Abel.

Then, at the top of this post is the missing letters, the most obvious solution I can see is;

to late, its alive nl

then when I was again reading the original thread something about vials was mentioned and i hit on this, which is less coherent, but makes sense in a roundabout way also;

i to late ten vials l

not sure what the odd letters signify, nl could easily be some initials, have linked a wikipedia search here;

Still investigating the picture RED.png. Will have to load Paint Shop Pro or something and play around with the channels and see if anything turns up.

...but I'm stuck myself. I have no idea what to do at this point. I got the email from Brehon, no reply since...sent one to Kane, got a cryptic reply and then nothing since.

I at least tried the desteg on the image but at least what I used showed nothing (stegspy, not sure if this is a good one or not). Just mindlessly tinkering, I put it in photoshop 5, with a plug in option for cryptology. I've never used it for anything but ran the image through one called radial decryption? And tinkered with the levers some which changed it. I'll upload this for the hell of it...it just "looks" like there's something to it, but maybe it will jar for someone else with better experience than I have. I also saved this one with gif format. Oh, and changing file formats didn't yield anything either so eh...

 		There are two aspects i think we can tinker with here: the source code message, and the image.

Misspelling in Source Code:

I'm looking at this. Globat doesn't look like the kind of tech company that would have this bad of spelling mistakes...

Misspelled letters bold, additional letter bolded + italicized:

This gives us:
"mlbstafaalnpla" and "n" (the additional, instead of misspelled letter)

If we correct them, we get:
"itsaliseotlate" (note: the "n", as it is removed, is not replaced with a corrected letter, so we have on less corrected than incorrect letter)

We now have something to work with!

Anagrams:
mlbstafaalnpla gives us 2825 different anagrams

mnlbstafaalnpla gives us 1178 anagrams, including Batman Plans Fall(!)

itsaliseotlate gives us 58086 anagrams!!!

The biggest thing i see here, is that itsaliseotlate looks like it easily starts with "its" or "its a" and ends with "late"...so with a few letter changes, we get "its alive to late" or "its a lie to late" or a number of other similar ones.

The message unholychaos recieved from Kane included the words "it's alive"...

URL:
putting mlbstafaalnpla, mnlbstafaalnpla, or itsaliseotlate as part of a URL for visce.com (ex. http://www.visce.com/itsaliseotlate ) doesn't work, gives a 404 error. As well, itsalivetolate and itsalietolate give nothing either.

Washington?
In the code, it apparently says that Globat has "site gateway channels" in Washington. Globat's contact info on their website says their mailing address is in California... Now, this could easily mean nothing, as Globat could still have some sort of operation in either Washington state or Washington, DC. If the message was placed by the PMs, it could be that this might be a slip up if in fact Globat doesn't have any operation in Washington...

Colour change?
I checked the colour of the blocks themselves, they are all white and black, with no minor variations allowing one to differentiate certain blocks.

I also checked URLs for this, but /blue.PNG, /yellow.PNG, /black.PNG, etc. don't give us anything.

Binary?
My last thought is that it might be a Binary code, where, say, white block equals 0 and black equals 1. Going left to right, and down, it would give a code? this would be extremely time consuming, but if someone were to do it, that would be awesome!

Okay, this was a revelation of the obvious, which is why it sailed right by me...but the email I sent Kane c/o kanejame gmail was that I got a message from Brehon saying it's alive, and asked Kane if he could shed any light on this, and I also mentioned I wasn't sure if this was the right person....then I get the email back with the (Latin?) symbols and the cryptic: Die As Naked, which I screen capped to share on here.

After a couple days wrestling with it...BAM...V8 moment.

Die As Naked is an anagram...it specifically resolves to...

In the email I got, shown in the image, the name on there says chris lee.

In anyone's previous correspondence with Kane did this name show?

The game was over with techincally last year Very Happy ...it would be pointless to raise it up only to kill it in 24 hours. I mean it could be the case the pm's are just screwing around, true. Maybe one final vague, elusive last dance?

But chaos got the one from kane (allegedly), and I got one from Brehon, this all happened back to back. Apparently nobody else was contacted, or if they were, they didn't ever post it on here to share. The site had changed - there wasn't anything on there but the hidden comment, and it was between Brehon's email to me and Kane's reply back the site changed with the addition of the png.

I'm pulled - between an impulsive mind phuk for shits and giggles, and a legitimate epilogue/part two that will move along soon as somebody figures out the thing with the image. For the record, just to satisfy my curiosity either way, I did just email Kane again (or whoever) and asked simply what happened to Kane? Maybe the response will give a better idea whether this is being resurrected or if it's bs time wasting....

That being said...my original question remains:

What is the 'it' that is still alive?

And is it plausible that the anagram in the comment refers to the vials as suggested previously? This was all about locating vials before and to my knowledge, they weren't ever found, not all of them.

Ohh...I just recalled Brehon's email from before - he said he wasn't affiliated withVisce except as webmaster under contract and he was the one patching the security breech. Why would the webmaster guy suddenly be alerting us that something is alive? Could he have infiltrated Kane's email when Kane was

 		I emailed Kane also, in the hope it might get a response. I see now a possible solution to what is going on and where the picture might possibly take us, I am just lacking the means to get us there, tho I think Karensa may have hit on a possible solution with the Cryptology filter.

If Kane's email has been hacked then he would want a safe and secure way to inform us of his new contact details, I should have seen it sooner, but once RED.png is solved I'm 90% certain it will give us a new email address.

As for his old email account that has been taken over by the mysterious webmasters working freelance for Visce, that is Brehon & associates. I can only guess that Brehon could be another hacker, but one that is actually employed by Visce, fighting fire with fire so to speak..

Visce finally had enough of Kane, fought fire with fire, they really did find and kill Kane, and then "contracted" Brehon and associates to hack Kane's email, likely to see who his contacts are? and eliminate the evidence...and/or to fire up those contacts (us!) and see who might be on the table or active still in getting in their way, so we can be stopped - and now we're all in danger!!!



Or not...just playing with it a little. It just seemed to me that this is hinging more on that image - there's a solution to it somewhere that is what will push this forward - Visce.com isn't being updated. It did change with the advent of those two emails (least for us, whoever else might've been contacted isn't playing so far), so for it to have that history of changing frequently to suddenly lagging out right out the gate just feels to me like it's that image...we crack that THEN move to the next stage.

Maybe Kane or Brehon or whoever will throw us a bone? Maybe?

 		Personally I still think the key is in the picture and yes I think they are baiting us, but I don't think;

"it's a lie" that Kane is dead? or "it's alive", it being Kane. Weird though how they would refer to Kane as "it". Kane was a person right? not a computer program or AI or something?
